Invitation

For me, these photographs are visual invitations with a question mark that puzzle the viewer, just as personal invitations often do. Sometimes important information is missing from invitations, sometimes you don’t know why you have been invited at all, sometimes you don’t know whether the invitation is meant seriously or just a polite phrase and sometimes you simply don’t know where the entrance is, even though you have the address.

Against the backdrop of such thoughts, this series, which has been running for several years, is coming to an open end.
