KRI KRI Crete

The series ‘KRI KRI Crete’ shows photographs in landscape format, taken in the years 2012-2014, which try to approach the endemic soul of Crete with my very own view of details and seemingly unspectacular moments. The title refers to the (endemic) goat species found only on Crete called Kri Kri. Even though this goat species itself does not play a relevant role in my photographs in this series, it became the eponym of this series and is also found in the design of a lamp in my photographs, as it represents the uniqueness of this island for me.
